************************************ Prawn Kebabs ************************************ Ingredients: 10 large prawns 1 lime 1 teaspoon aromantic seasonings of your choice 4 Tablespoons olive oil ¼ teaspoon salt Pinch of cayenne pepper 1 small can of pineapple rings 2 Tablespoons dry sherry 2 thick slices of French bread Bamboo skewers Preparations: Peel and devein prawns. Leave tails on. Rinse in cold water and pat dry. In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, fresh squeezed lime juice, sherry, seasonings, cayenne and salt. Add prawns and mix thoroughly several times during the marinating process. Set gas grill on high. Cut each pineapple ring in four wedges. Arrange one piece of pineapple on bamboo skewer followed by one prawn. Repeat until bamboo skewer holds 3 prawns and 4 pieces of pineapple. NOTE: If you use longer bamboo skewers, you may be able to put 5 prawns on each one. Grill prawns until pink in color. Brush with marinade on all sides and return to grill. Approximately 8-10 minutes cooking time. Baste often. You may also warm bread if you wish.
