*************************** Scrambled Eggs With Caviar *************************** Ingredients: 4 large eggs 3 tablespoons heavy cream 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 oz. sevruga caviar 8 slices bread, toasted, buttered, and cut into quarters Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Preparations: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs and cream until just blended. Season with salt and pepper. In a medium nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the beaten egg mixture, increase the heat to medium-high, and stir vigilantly with a wooden spoon until the eggs thicken, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Divide the eggs between 2 warmed plates and top with some caviar. Serve immediately, accompanied with the toast points. Makes 2 Servings.
